Because the "under counter" or "hidden" parts of your plumbing are not always installed the same, we do on rare occasions encounter customers who may experience some minor problems when fitting their new tapware. My new flanges will not screw all the way down?
Undo the tap body locknut above the basin. Gently push assembly down and re-tighten locknut beneath the basin.
Water is leaking from under my spout?
You need to replace the o-rings on your breech. We supply these with all basin sets.
I have replaced the o-rings and it is still leaking?
Call us. We have extra thick o-rings we can post out.
I cannot screw the wall flanges onto the spindles?
You can pack extra fibre washers on the bottom of the spindle to bring your spindle out further from the wall.
I still cannot screw the wall flanges onto the spindles?
You MAY need to purchase a set of spindle extensions from your local plumbing store.
I have replaced my taps and they are still leaking?
You MAY need to purchase a re-seating kit (available from hardwares stores).
